I come from a background in data analysis and software engineering, with hands-on experience in healthcare analytics and reporting. Most recently, I've been working as a Data Specialist at HCLTech, where I manage pharmaceutical patient data and help leadership to make more meaningful decisions for our program. Besides this, I also did my internship as a Data Analyst at a start-up, where I worked on two major projects - one with the marketing team to analyze customer engagement, and another involving accident data analysis to identify trends and improve safety outcomes. These experiences sharpened my ability to turn raw, messy data into insights that drive action.
